    When we took out the mortgge I was working part time and my wife was running the business for the lodgers.
    Mostly the money is paid into the joint account or into her persoanl account. No rent money has ever been paid into my personal account.
    I will sar the company tomorrow.

        I wanted to check if i need to sendthe court a copy of the norgan Case on thecourt website or merely refer to it whenn i speak in court?
        We owe £800 in arrears at the moment butthat willgo up inless i can let a room this week coming if the room islet theni will be able to pat another£200 off the arrears lesvin just over i month's of arrears.

                hadanotice of discontinuance from both the mortgage company andsolicaitors. in writing oncompany headed paper. so delay for now sowe can sell atour own pace.

                  Cool, but never rest at this stage, usualy just meens they will re-do the paperwork as soon as they can, sometimes, also means they dont have all the paperwork they need to proceed.
