If you are leaving the country it will be no problem for you if RLP get their letters returned.
They won't pursue* you overseas as it will cost them, and their one aim is to make money

Haven't heard Tkmaxx use facial recognition software.
Even if they recognise you entering one of their stores, all they can do is ask you to* leave and escort you out
