So today I received a letter from dwf. This letter claims that I owe £150 to morrisons my ex employer. The reason I'm confused about this is because this incident where I understand why they want £50 of this is due to using vouchers that where not mine. This confuses me slightly due to being told in the original meating at Morrisons where they told me that they would have a disciplinary hearing about the use of vouchers I explained I would pay them back but they stated they didn't want my money. Then in my disaplinary hearing they never said anything about me paying it back but they did get rid of me. A few weeks later they paid my holiday pay and I didn't hear from morrisons until now due to the dwf letter. I will happily pay this back but I'm not totally sure if I have to or not. Any advice would be great.

Hi and welcome to LB. DWF are worthy of ignoring! You used £50 vouchers to which you weren't entitled. Misconduct and so sacked. Ex employer states he doesn't want your cash. It could be argued that Morrisons haven't really lost anything, just that you misused vouchers. M are only entitled to recover their loss, which certainly isn't £150 Ignore DWF (as you owe them nothing) unless you receive a genuine "letter before action" in which case come back.
