Can someone advise on this please? I purchased 2 pieces of fitness equipment on the 30th March. I initially paid a deposit on the equipment using my credit card and a couple of weeks later paid the balance online via a link the store had sent me. The items were delivered on the 25th April. 3 weeks later they came to actually set up the equipment. They had sent one young chap to do this and he could only install the treadmill as he said the other was a two man job. When I had a look at the space available I realised we were not going to have enough room for the other piece so I have asked the store if they will colllect it. They say they won't as it was purchased instore. Is there any way that I can get them to take the other item back?
