Hi anybody who could give me advice would be extremely helpful,I purchased a sofa set online around 11 months ago,after the first month of having them the cushions did not match colour slightly so they replaced the whole set after 2 weeks of arguing, after receiving them as soon as the delivery went I noticed a slash on the front of the material almost like where someone has opened packaging with Stanley knife,again I waited nearly 3 weeks before receiving a new set and all has been fine for around 6 months,until we noticed the stutching across the cushions edges has started to come apart from no fault of ours as we take good care of them, I have emailed over problems again which they said they would replace them but every time I chase them up they said they have sent them in post and I never received them so I phone them again and now they are telling me they are waiting on more to be delivered so they can send more to me but this process has gone on for over 2 months now and I cannot get in contact with the manager anymore he is conveniently away from office when I call and I am fed up of waiting now.
