Hi all, a quick search on Google brought me to this forum. I am not sure if it the correct place to post my problem so sorry if I am in the wrong place.
I am hoping someone here can guide me on what to do next. As the thread title states, I have been playing on a betting website (skyB1ngo) and they have stole my winnings. Me and my partner both have an account with Sky and have been active Bingo players for around two months. The problem here is we live at the same address and share a computer which raised alarms when either of us tried to withdraw our winnings - we would find both our accounts suspended. We were requested to send in photo ID and bank statments / household bills to prove we are two individual people living at the same address, Sky security team were happy to reinstate both accounts. This happened on several occasions but today they have suspended both accounts again and will not reinstate them. The security team member I spoke to on the phone this morning said his decision is final.
Now the bigger problem here is I have winnings in my account which I had tried to withdraw when the account got suspended again today. He will not release these fund as he said he is not convinced that we are using our own account and not logging in to each others to play. To me this is a very poor excuse, we live at the same address and share a computer so of course we are going to be logging in and out of our account so the other can log in and play. There have also been many times when we are both online together, one on the tablet and the other on the laptop. There a lot of skyB1ngo players sharing a computer and even some have wrote in the chat box 'Hi it's me on partners account' so the decision to close both our accounts seems rather unfair. I will spend my money elsewhere after this but wondering what I can do about my winnings, surely it is theft of money owed to me?
