I think they are seriously out of order, a 'personal characterization' on form's used to document faults / repairs etc.

Also the word 'charge' next to the 'personal characterization', all sounds vindictive to me. He seriously needs to be retrained.

From experience it will go round in circles.

Have you taken it up directly with Epson?

I had a problem with a Lenovo computer, problem within days, and got in the curries merry go round. By the time Curries got back to me I had been in touch with Lenovo who agreed there was a problem and gave me a return code to give to Curries.

Just had response from Epson asking for printer details, purchase receipt and other information, sent back to them what they requested.

                  No response yet from Currys.

Meantime fitted 2nd lot of inks in one week problems same here on replacement printer epson sent, not only that other error notifications appearing I can scan but not print, epson not responded as yet! due to urgency I have requested a charge back from credit card company and asked epson to cancel epson cover also cancel monthly ink replenishment.

Got a HP printer now fingers crossed with a monthly usage agreement for ink.

9/01/2022 - On line Currys = product return request made just now, they do not ask much just ticked faulty. no doubt the fun will start now, as they do not ask description also recorded problems on their computer.

10/01/2022 - Rang Curry!s number on email. 1st person lady. started and within 3 minutes line went dead
rang again got a chap who was like reading script, managed to stop him and pointed before he goes on I have had exchange unit from epson and that one has errors showing within days same old faults as original plus other codes.

I Stated I have followed customer rights to have a repair attempt (notting currys local branch were rude and useless) low and behold he put me through to somebody else. who after going through it all again ( 45 minutes on phone) stated a pick up by carrier who will put return label on, and once returned a credit to source will be made within 28 days.
unit ready for pick up Friday by carrier.

I switched from Epson to HP after Epson printers seemed to be getting worse on quality and higher in price. I use the HP ink scheme and ink arrives in time to be replaced.
