    Thank you for getting back in contact with me on this matter. I am a little confused on this matter. I responded to your last email dated xxx March. On that email I stated that this matter had been fed back to the management of the xxxxxxx store for them to investigate and take any appropriate action needed. There was also a payment of £xxx.00 made to you, as a gesture of goodwill, on the xxxx February. This was to enable the purchase of a new printer for you.

    If there are any other outstanding issues then please do come back to me via a return email.

    "Well they ignore what I stated in response to same prior:- that is printer sorted out BUT THE ABUSE, no apology what to ever".
