My mum, who is elderly, got a parking fine today from Parking Eye.
She had parked, as she always does, in the car park in town for many years, and its the first time she's ever received a parking ticket.
When she looked at the parking ticket, the machine had not printed the ticket correctly.
Instead of her registration number being HY66 it printed Y66 and also added another letter on at the end.
Mum knew that she had paid for the correct amount £1 for 34 minute duration.
Parking Eye want £100.
Any advice please?
