Hi there,Im soooo worried. Please help.

Hi there i have just joined as i have just recieved a court letter for Bristol Magistrates court for being an uninsured Keeper of motor vehicle on 21/09/2017. The car was not driven at all when uninsured however due to miscomunication between me and my wife we were late declaring the vehicle SORN. Where would be best to post a thread about this for some advice :-)

Hi there, I have just received a Single Justice Procedure notice for being the registered keeper of a vehicle which did not meet the insurance requirements,
