Hello , thanks , may I ask if this appeal is refused ect I guess they would have to take me to court , is the onus on me to prove I did not enter the
car park at any time ?Because they will not have any evidence I was in the car park , only I was at spur off main road before where the barriers or island is .

The onus is always on the claimant to prove their case. Of course if they do so, by say,providing anpr logs in and out then it's up to you to prove on balance that you perhaps were caught on camera but were not parked on the site they claim. To do so you probably get site maps and photos etc. Then it's a judges decision as to who is correct.
