Dear Sirs,


I, as registered keeper, wish to invoke your appeals process. The driver did not see any signs and did not enter the car park as claimed . I note your notice to keeper is fundamentally flawed when compared to PoFA 2012 schedule 4 para 9 in several aspects including that the land upon which the vehicle was situated is subject to byelaws.


Should you reject my appeal please supply a popla code.

hello , Today I have received a reply from parking eye ,
Stating PCN number and a POPLA ref number
they also state as a gesture of goodwill they are extending the discounted period for a further 14 days
That they did not accept the representations.and and included a form to fill in or to submit online .
What do i have to do now please ? as stated in earlier postings , car did not enter the car park at any time at all and the cameras are targeting
the entrance service road ,

What i'll do is put one up this weekend so you have a back up if i don't get it done on Wednesday in time, although it is unlikely i won't.

That explains entering a popla appeal quite well.

You only get one shot so enter everything at once. You may need to convert to pdf, i'm not sure on that.


As explained it is best to await the Beavis result on Wednesday. I will be out whilst it is handed down and for a few hours afterwards but will try to update the appeal. It should win anyway.
