Regarding my other post re PPI.
I have been told that a payment has been authorized, received the confirmation letter and been told I will receive payment by 23rd Oct.
All good (if it turns up)....however, every time I have called them for an update all I get is the usual offshore (Philippines) call centre were the people who answer the phone merely seem to read from a script "...it will be there by 23rd Oct sir..."
My questions is, who on earth do I call in the event of it not actually turning up on Monday (23rd)? I have never got anywhere with the call centre and when I call Lloyds in this country they merely told me the department dealing with this is in the Philippines.
I am starting to worry!
