  • PPI through Private and commercial finance

Hi, new to this site so hopefully I can get a bit of advice.

I bought a car from a independent dealer in 2008 and I was provided finance from private and commercial finance. I remember the payments were split monthly between two payments, around £400 and £27 to make up the whole amount which I have a funny feeling now could have been PPI.

I paid off the finance in full in 2010.

Does anyone know if I can still claim for any PPI that may have been on the account? I live in Scotland if that makes a difference.

    Cheers in advance

    Steven

If the dealer sold you the finance from a finance company they would have sold you the PPI so you need to make a complaint to the dealer.
