Can I claim ?

Hi there.
I'm quite new to this site but have been reading other threads about ppi. My OH has a mint card which they have been adding ppi to. He can't remember if he ticked the ppi box on the online application and we dont have a copy. Is there anyway I can get a copy of this or should I just go straight for a claim.

Sorry its taken so long to reply, I think the site had a blip and it wouldn't let me post.

There also numerous reasons why your PPI could have been mis sold to you, if you have a read in the PPI forum you will see them listed. Hope this helps Enaid x
