  • Welcome finance ppi

    Hi
not sure if I'm opening up a can of worms but I took 2 welcome finance loans out. First one was May 2005. Then took another one out 2006. I repaid the 2005 loan by taking out the 2nd. Got into financial situation and haven't made a payment on the 2nd loan since about 2008. Haven't heard from them for at least 4 years. I did have ppi on both. I understand that welcome finance are now in default and the fscs are dealing with all enquired relating to ppi. Do I try and re-claim the ppi or as I have defaulted on the loan any compensation received will have to be paid back to them? Not sure what to do.
Many help will be greatly appreciated.
    Thbk you
