Marbles PPI Claim - They say theere is no PPI?

I have called the Marbles PPI information line today. They answered Lloyds TSB? I assume that they are now dealing with Marbles accounts?
Should I take their word for it that there was no PPI on my credit card account, or should I go to the expense of a SAR request?
