  • HSBC overdraft and charges

    Hi

    I have seen an article that says that HSBC have had to pay back charges on overdraft so i have 2 questions

    can i claim back charges on HSBC for an overdraft i took out for my business some years a go and

    how can i check if i had ppi on that overdraft.

    The article was written before the Supreme Court ruled that the banks didn't have to pay back overdraft charges.

    If it's an arranged overdraft you are unlikely to be able to claim anything back on it. PPI is a consumer product and it's unlikely it could have been applied to a business account but you could always ask them.
