Hi all,
I found a letter from Liverpool Victoria (LV), which I had a credit card with in the early 2000's. On a whim I enquired via their online enquiry if I had PPI on this card, as I no longer had any of the statements. Subsequently informed yes there was PPI attached.
So I sent off SAR information to Liverpool Victoria to obtain statement information.
Once, in receipt of SAR information I completed a PPI complaint on-line (03/11). I received confirmation of complaint receipt ( 06/11) and I would hear something within the next 4 weeks...Anyway, I came home today to find they written to say they had upheld my complaint, which I'm over the moon about, but redress offered seems a little low - £211.59!
Granted I only held the card from 07/00 to 06/01 - balance of £2,800 cleared and account closed.
Any advice on this form of redress including interest element would greatly be appreciated?
