  • Cahoot Flexi loan - PPI

    Hi All,
Following my recent success with CPP and my claim against MBNA, I thought I'd ask about Cahoot flexi loan. I had one of these and I'm sure it had PPI attached. I've been searching this forum for other sucesses but I'm struggling to find if anyone has been succesful in persuing a claim against them. Am I right in that Santander took over the business? and would Santander have the original paperwork etc?
Any help advce would be appreciated.

    Hi Rob

I would contact Santander to ask if they are dealing with Cahoot loan ppi complaints, as they do deal with many of others too. I did also send a Subject access request (SAR) to Santander data dept in regards of GE Cap bank (Currys account and they did hold the info) but do make sure they are actually dealing with Cahoot first, they must confirm. Failing that, the Financial ombudsman service (FOS) maybe able to check for you.

    Good luck. :tinysmile_twink_t2:
