  • Telephone call from natwest ppi team asking questions about a claim

    Hi all
    I wonder if anyone has had a telephone call from natwest about a ppi claim that we have with them?
    We had a telephone call from them today asking questions about the claim which we had put on the ppi claim questioner. They also told us we will receive a out come by monday.
    My question if anyone can answer are they going to upheld the complaint or reject it has anyone had a phone call like this.

    Hi and welcome

    I have not have any direct dealings with Natwest myself but I'm sure many have and hopefully will be along soon to say about their very own experience with them.

    However, some banks will call by telephone, but we do suggest if they do ring say you will be happy to respond to any question they have but your preferred method of contact is in writing only, as you require all information in relation to the account on records for future reference etc.

    I'm not able to confirm on what they will decide on the outcome, but hopefully it will be the news your waiting for, any problems let us know and we can try to help, but do please let us know the outcome anyway, cheers and the best of luck!

      Even if the call is genuine, it has a bad taste about it.
