Ppi with marks and Spencer's -paper application in 1994
Hello all.
please can I kindly request advice or information with regards to whether I have a valid claim for ppi or not with marks and Spencer's.
i have corresponded with them, using the pro forma letter that is up on Martin Lewis website and eventually received a letter from m and s who have enclosed a copy of my paper application for a loan I had with them, dated 1994.
yes I have ticked the ppi section, as it highlighted that they strongly recommended it, however I'm sure I've read somewhere that I could still have a valid claim.
Please can I kindly ask for your assistance, advice or tips?
