Hi there i was wondering if anyone could give me some advice.
I have been rejected by the Halifax for PPI on a credit card that i had with them.
It has been rejected twice and since sent an email to the CEO only for this just to be passed to the usual complaints department.
They confirmed in the first 2 rejection letters that PPI was bought at point of sale however in the final letter they said "indeed, PPI was not purchased until you called to activate your card".
This is total nonsense as i did not purchase it at all and if i declined it originally and was not required then why would i purchase it when activating my card.
Not sure what to do about this is there anyone who has been in a similar position to this.
many thanks
