DSAR reveals two different account numbers for one loan.

Iv recieved my DSAR from GE Money some of the information is inconsistant, iv identified a consolidated secured loan which has a different account number on the agreement and the statments.
Any ideas please.

Hi Gill. It is possible that they are two separate loans, and you are confused. It is possible that they are the same loan, and GE are trying to confuse you. It is possible that this is an innocent error, and needs correcting. I guess what you need to do is get clarification of this from GE first.

You need to be sure that the agreement and the statements all pertain to the same loan, first of all, and this is where it is important to get GE's explanation of this. Give them every opportunity to explain this - and then take it from there.
