  • Second refusal from Llouds TSB regarding PPI Claim

    HI!
just received today my second letter of refusal from Lloyds and you can see that just saying 'get lost we don't even bother' :tinysmile_cry_t: at least that what i did understand.
I know I cant give up especially with Lloyds so if you can suggest me what should i put in next one I would really appreciated.
Regarding the phone call i have received from them - the person who spoke to me was not really interested in finding out and I got the feeling that she did not even read my second letter at all
I have attached the refusal letter.
if you need anymore information let me know

    and thanks in advance guys

Report them to the Financial Ombudsman, you'll have a leaflet in with the letters. I've got a complaint in with them at the moment, its been about 4 months, have had a letter today saying that they hope to get mine resolved within another 12 months as they are pretty busy.
