To try and make things go easy, write a letter to welcome and ask for the underwriting sheet on your agreement

they will prob say sod off but they have been known to release it

It will nail welcome on undisclosed commission payment

if you defaulted on the agreement, the agreement would then be history

if the loan is paid off, you will get all your insurance payments back, and i mean everthing with the contractual rate of interest from conception of the agreement to the award date

Loan was paid off early with help from relative who is now not so well and so struggling financially. Would like to use money to repay their kindness.
