        Re: Are Credit agreements binding?

Hi all IM just bumping up this post to see if you ever got anywhere with your PPI complaint ?? i am similiar boat took out loan with the dreaded first plus via loans.co.uk aug '03 for 20k they added on ppi (I have successful won PPI claim against them ) in dec '03 we had a phone call from who we believed to be FP asking if we wanted a further advnce, stupidly we agreed and took out another loan for 30K plus £7500 PPI we didnt want but were told we had to have etc, it wasnt until 4 years later in 2007 when we tried to claim back PPI we discovered we had dealt with a company called central trust (none of our paperwork mentions them) so it would appear that FP gave them all our personal loan information and they called us and deceived us into taking out another loan !! In 2007 we did a PPI mis sale complaint to FP, they passed the buck to central trust, they then sent a letter saying no telephone calls could be found as they were corrupted but basically telling us they would do nothing as not regulated at time. I then became really ill and we left it a few years struggling to pay loan and getting in arrears which we are trying to pay off now ( as expected FP have not been very understanding!!) in sept 2011 I submitted a SAR request to central trust and received back from the notepad of conversations that took place, didnt mention anything about PPI even being discussed but interestingly it did give info that central trust got over £6000 in commission for sale !! they again said not regulated to clear off so since then it has been with FOS who are not very hopeful they can do anything so I am expecting that to go now where !! Can you help with the following:

1 As FP gave our personal info plus confidential loan info to central trust without our permission, is that breaking any rules and can we do anything about it??
        2) Is it worth contacting FP or central trust again and what else can we say that might help ??
3 The FOS mentioned that it is a small possibility that we can claim from underwriters who were Cassidy Davis , what do you think?

and any other advice would be great, our home is at risk over this so getting the PPI back would be such a relief thanks all xxx
