PPI breakdown of redress

Would be very grateful for any advice please after I written to them about the PPI breakdown of redress of £1076.84 & £719.91 because I was unable to see both of them on my monthly statetments.

Anyway they did reply back saying they have attached a screen shot of £719.91 & theyconfirmed that the amount of £1076.84 was a not rebate it was a successful claim that I made against the PPI. This was not credited to my my loan sum and spread out over my repayments each month.

And I am still not happy with their response & they are giving me alot of pressure, if they do not hear from me within the next 14 days, they will assume that I do not accept the settlement offer and will notify me accordingly.

Or shall I give up and accepted their offer?

What do you get if you add up all the payments that went through? (2nd set of eyes as statement not easy to read)

£16,158.30 ? (PPI portion would be 21.0504% = £3,401.40)--EDITED at 11:40

Total of £16,158.30 but I believe that the £896.70 (07/09/10) was part mentioned in the letter that was not credited to my loan as one lump sum??

Where I'm going on this John:

The ratio of PPI to Total L:oan is 4799.36:22799.38 = 21.0504%

SO--all payments you ever made----21.0504% of them are PPI Pymnts so I get £3,401.30 (on a total of £16,158) whereas they get £2768.48

A difference of 633.38

To apportion to £633.38-you would need mthly pymnts of Total Payments of £3008.91---ie I am saying they are taking £13,149.39 as total payments instead of £16,158.30

This also means that the 8% interest is also too low

I would also like to see how they calculated rebate of £719.91 too

That letter didnt mention that sum John--I think you are reading the letters wrong and also Santander misleading you too --
