PKea v GE Money PPI *** REFUNDED ***

Below is a letter I received from GE Money regarding PPI I had on a Comet Time Card Account.

It basically states thet they have found that is HAS been misold.

I haven't been bothered to go down the PPI claiming route, yet.

I also have a copy of the T&C as well, which I know I didnt recieve.

Anyway the info might help others and in the the new year I will have a proper look in my PPI accounts

Peeky, I found GE Money a doddle to get my PPI back!!! They slapped it on my card(s) without my authorisation!!! So do it asap!! And I got CI back on it too....

Find out if they are trying to short change people first

Xena, what letter did you use and how di you calculate the CI on your claim

Hi Peeky will find the letter and email it you. I did CI on this at their rate which is normally in the region of 29.9%!!!!!!!!

I know the OFT rules were introduced in 2006 but I went back as far they first charged me.
