I'm glad it was useful, Frankie - thank YOU !!! TBH, I have a handful of those DISP APP 3 rules which I regularly copy into posts, as they often seem to be ignored by the lenders. For the FOS to ignore them is even worse, IMO, but not surprising. I have heard that the FOS is in chaos, and that the assessors have little training and limited ability. Hopefully, you'll get a reviewed decision.
