  • ppi claim on fixed loan agreement

    can you claim ppi back on a fixed loan sum agreement there was a fee of 800 and 850 interest added at the begiining
    the loan was defaulted and a dca claim they bought the debt, it is the dca,s name on my credit file
    if i can claim is it from the dca or is it from the original creditor who has sold the debt. thank you.

    Yes you can, and if you think you were mis-sold.

    You still pursue the ones who sold you the account, as it was down to them in the beginning, even if its now with the DCA.:tinysmile_grin_t:
