    Thanks Cappo - interesting read - I (and no doubt countless others) have experienced the self & same tactics from MBNA.
    I too have records going back to the year dot when I took the cards out,but after being hounded on the phone at home I changed my number ...so wont be able to produce a list of dates and times when I was called by them.
    I have SAR'd them so maybe their records will list all calls made......we will see.
    They also rang me at work numerous times,but were told by reception that I wasnt allowed to take personal calls at work....again these calls were not recorded so I guess I would not be able to take the same route through court as Mr Harrison.
    I could call on the compnies FD,as a witness I suppose, who took a number of these calls and told them where to go.
