Will have to do it this way,Still in Cyprus never made it to Papua!!!Fly home today flts were delayed yererday so all the connections went out of the window They cant get me on the ship now so I am home for a week. Down to business, had a call from therir solicitors yesterday they got my latter saying since they had agreed to part 1 & 2 of my request I will take there offer they said they would have to send a cheque and it may not get to me todaybut would def be here tomorrow. Now I have my son waiting to pay the 300 court fees today or hand in a letter saying the case has been sorted out. If I dont pay the money it comes out of the system if I pay and they send the cheque I have lost the 300 I dont get back till 11 pm tonight so I am in a bit of a Quandry?

i would ring them back and ask if there is a way they can get evidence of this in writing to you by today..... either direct fax to you (if you have the facilities) or to local branch ....that you can collect...... tell them you need the offer in writing today.... no later then 3pm. or you can not halt proceedings... may be worth a go!

but Natties right..... don't just take their word for it..... you really do need something in writing.

Wait for the cheque, this is not some dodgy car dealer you are dealing with here, it is part of one of the largest banks in the world.

They will send you the cheque.

He is in Cyprus he cant get in shout box he pmd me at 5.30 this morning.
His son is at his house waiting for instructions.
He was in chat a bit back but no one saw him, so he doesn't know what to do.
