Hi all,
I took out a loan in july 2008 with Barclays, it was done over the phone and I distinctly remember being told that I couldn't have the loan unless I had the PPI aswell, so knowing no different I agreed, the paperwork didn't come through so I phoned them and they said to sign on line, which I did. I have a copy of the agreement which they sent to me a short time after signing, but I feel that I was missold the PPI by them saying that I had to have it, my question is because I signed online can I still try to reclaim the PPI in the same way as if I had hand signed it....many thanks
