    4. PPI Apparently doesn't cover me although Im making payments and they no this.
    5. Tried and Tried to sort it out, Apparently they sorted out a little bit of it although
    A) Never seen this money
    B) Never heard where its gone or how much etc!
    C) I want the rest!

I have sent letters and letters, Firstly i got no reply then a reply saying you haven't specificalyl said when you want it canx etc and then we cant refund it endless crap really.

Not Sure thats enough info from my first post here, the reason i've put broke my ankle is because when I broke it i was on SSP for 3 months and couldn't afford the payments and all they could say is PPI doesn't cover you pay up or we will cancel reposes your car and take you to court, etc etc always bugging me from september last year to jan maybe even feb, catch up or reposesion etc

        Hi OP,

first of what doc do you have?

Have you sent a SAR to the Advantage requesting all Personal Data?

How do you think you were mis-sold the PPI?

what money do you say has been sorted? Was this a refund?

          Re: PPI the Silly way

Thanks for getting back to me,
I havn't sent a SAR, (appologises) Whats that form for?

I was mis-sold it becuase I was told by the company I would be coverd as My father was told I was coverd before he signed and low and behold when I need to use it not able to, I would never pay £2.5k PPI for a Loan of £3k-maybe 3.5k for a car loan, I would never have signed for that, escpecially since it doesn't even cover me!?!

When you say what Doc have I got, I what respect, All I got throught he post was a photocopy, which states I what I was paying when,a nd how much my PPI was in a break down.

Im not sure what has been sorted at the moment. I will need to ring and ask sombody. I will do that today at some point and report back. I've never recieved a cheque or anything.
