Halifax PPI - Undisclosed Commission claim

Despite good advice and plenty of help from this site, my claim for PPI mis-selling against the halifax failed last year.

Repayments of a 40,000 mortgage included 40 per month for a very limited PPI cover (didnt even include redundancy) so I suspect I may have a case for excessive commission.

The commission % or amount doesn't show in any of the documents I have.

I have written to the Halifax 3 times asking simply " can you tell me the amount of commission included in my PPI payment?"

Each reply ignores my request and repeats that my case for mis-selling was dismissed.

I write that I know it was dismissed so I am asking simply "can you tell me the amount of commission included in my PPI payment?"

Has anybody else had a similar experience? Has anybody any advice for me?

Did you apply for discovery of the underwriting sheet? This would be the first thing to do with a Secret Comms claim
