Hi.
We are currently working on all of the personal data returned to us following a SAR made last year and have discovered that we had PPI on two separate loans from Northern Rock which where attached or secured through our mortgage. It's not clear at this stage whether they are together loans or not. One loan is for £20,000 in Dec 2004 and the other is for a loan of £13,000 in May 2005. This is despite Landmark recently telling us in writing that there was no PPI on these accounts.
The PPI payments were to be taken out of my wife's bank account monthly and she signed Direct Debit agreements for the PPI on both accounts with her old bank so at this point we don't have details of those PPI payments.
The PPI was provided by Pinnacle Insurance.
There is no explanation on the agreements how much was to be paid monthly for the PPI instalments. Very slack agreement if you ask me.
Can someone help with where the required information is to be found and with a very simple spreadsheet 8% reclaim calculator please? I can't find where to download a calculator on on the forum?
Thanks in anticipation.
