Hi,
A PPI company that a colleague is using has taken 2 years and keep fobbing her off. She has said she wanted to cancel the agreement with them and they have advised that they will charge her for all the work they have done so far (appears nothing)
They are also being investigated as well -
Harringtons Advisory Limited is being investigated by the Claims Management Regulator under Regulation 35 of the Compensation (Claims Management Services) Regulations 2006
Is this grounds for her to cancel the agreement with them? How does it stand?
