Well we've just had a recent success with the Legal Ombudsman where BS tried to bill someone for some claims made by a completely unrelated CMC. BS waived the £3k odd commission but will still get a cancellation fee of a couple of hundred.

Yes, LeO can only look at complaints after you've gone through the CMC's own complaints procedure.

What is your issue with Bank Smart?
