Was out shopping today in local shopping centre, when a man selling a CMC service shouted to the lady behind me that he could recover her ALL bank charges.
I stopped and challenged him how could he reclaim the bank charges?
He told me that it was credit card charges and that they were the same.... hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm I said are you sure?
Told him that he would be mis-selling in accordance with the Ministry of Justice rules for CMC's if he continued to sell the service as bank charges reclaim as it was not true.
He agreed with me and promised never to do that again. Well we will see next time I go back there.
He did inform me that they do not charge upfront fees and that they have been around for 7 years.
So keeping my beedy eyes on them.............
