What's new
- The Financial Ombudsman Service have issued new guidance on handling of PPI cases to both claims businesses and financial businesses. The guidance sets out the steps that FOS expects claims businesses to have already taken at the stage a complaint is referred to FOS.
Businesses are advised to take note of this guidance, in addition to the existing PPI guidance, in order to improve the position for the consumer and avoid unnecessary complaints and delays. - Fees Determination 2012 (PDF 0.04Mb)
