        Re: Consortium Reclaim -cold Calls

If you paid by credit card and you have not received a service - speak to your CC provider and claim the money back under section 75.

You need to ask your credit card company for a refund under section 75 of the Consumer Credit Act on the basis that you are not receiving the service you paid for http://www.which.co.uk/consumer-righ...y-credit-card/

                Re: Consortium Reclaim -cold Calls

Right attitude Karen, and hopefully you'll get your money back as a Christmas present. Anyway, if you think that financial institutions(banks, lenders, ccs) owe you money (PPI, other unfair charges) you can reclaim them directly and quite easily yourself.

                    Re: Consortium Reclaim -cold Calls

Now this is very interesting, these administrators are the very same ones that are dealing with Lifestyle Claims who only recently went into administration allowing another company trading from the same address with some of the directors etc to continue trading with a similar trading name Lifestyle Money. I think this will open up a can of worms and this administrator better watch what they are doing and make sure that they act within strict rules and guidelines.

Yes I did notice they had the same administrators as Lifestyle Claims. I'm not sure who appoints them - it maybe that Sharma specialise in CMC administration but I'll check with MOJ.

Me too DT. But at the end of the day there'll be less overall consumer detriment with them going pop now.

My recent post from MSE together with a post from the Director of CCS (Credit Clear Services Ltd) who share the same address as Consortium and who I am sure like Lifestyle money aka claims will be operating in pretty much the same way.

I want answers as he has been brazen enough to post on MSE.

                            To The Director of CCS
Please also can we have your name?

Are any of the current directors on Consortium, Directors on your present company Credit Clear Services Ltd or have they been Directors in the past at any time?

Being that you trade from the same address did you share an office with them?

What is the current situation now that Consortium have gone into administration are you now actively continuing where they left off by actively cold calling to get your leads?
