Money Claiming Experts (Re - Credit Card)

Hi Everyone, ive just been cold called by this company who have claimed they can wipe out my credit card balance as they have been constantly increasing my credit limit without me requesting it and also claim back all interest ive paid since then.

Having read these excellent forums i can see people complaining about this company already, the alarm bells rang for me as soon as they asked me for £300 to cover their fee's and therefore ive asked them to call me back tomorrow. Now while im not likely to give these any money having read this forum one question i do have is, are they right is it possible that i could have my credit card balance wiped out because they have been increasing my limit without me requesting it or having signed anything agreeing to it?

I must admit they pitched a very good sale and it did get me thinking if this is possible.

Run away and keep your money.

MCE make alot of baseless claims just to get their commission.

I never intended to give MCE any money but I was curious if what they are claiming about my credit card is true and if does anyone have advice who I'd be best to speak to about this. Thanks in advance

Without actually seeing your credit agreement it is IMPOSSIBLE to make any assessment as to its enforceability.

MCE promise the earth, but deliver very little.

Furthermore there is nothing they can do , what you can do yourself.

NOTICE

Lifestyle Claims have gone into administration.

They are Client Connection Ltd and have traded as Cento Client Review/Money Saving Exxxxx and of course last known as Lifestyle Claims

The administrators are:
Sharma & Co.,
Mr Gagen Dulari Sharma,
257 Hagley Road,
Birmingham,
B16 9NA

Please also be very aware that there is another company trading from the same address called Lifestyle Money and they trade from a different Ltd Company and have their own authorisation from the MOJ. They also have some of the same directors that used to be on Client Connection Ltd.

Please be aware that Lifestyle Money cannot deal with Lifestyle Money matters and if they do you should be reporting this immediately to the MOJ as this is against the MOJ authorisation rules.

Also, Redhawk Legal have also been purporting to deal with Lifestyle Claims current claims and answering the phone as if they are Lifestyle Claims. The MOJ have said they cannot do this and I am sure the MOJ will close this down very quickly. We have also been advised that Ultimate Law have also taken on Lifestyle Claims and I am waiting for the MOJ to confirm the current position.

If anyone has received any notifications from the Administrator regarding the administration or that the business hqas been transferred can you advise me immediately and if possible post up the letters you have received.
