lol - Did you sign them up Sapphy for your courier service?

Sounds like all the items you mentioned is what they take off of folk to pay their debts.

I also found out the Managers name there is a TINA CHOWN.

I then asked if they sent stuff to India and she said that they employ collections agents out there who work to their own rules whatever that means.

    Didn't get much else.

PMSL No but I did pass on their details to our office that deals with that area, and the guy is a good friend of ours too. He's agreed to look the business and directors up on creditsafe for me. I'll post up the results when I get them.

They continued to tell him in broken english that he could clear off all his unsecured debts through a UK government programe which they could arrange. He tried to call them back on the number which they called from and it was a forreign ring tone and the person answered just answered hello..... He also checked on Google and they do not even have a web site.

Ok - I have now checked this company on the Ministry of Justice web site and they do not appear to be authorised as a Claims Management Company.

Should anyone receive a call from this company please can they report it here and do not give them any personal information whatsoever.

Hello, I've been receiving phone calls from this lot. Called talktalk my phone provider to get a new number and was told either to pay £70 or get a Crime Reference Number from the police. Opted for the second option and will call talktalk tomorrow morning. Hopefully should get a new phone number.

This lot is a a nuisance bunch! I asked the guy where he got my number from. "From commerically available databases." I have my landline listed on TPS from before but that didn't help much! Sometimes first call is so short that we can't pick up the phone. Hopefully a new number will put an end to all this nuisance!

        Sam.

          Hi Sam

Thank you for posting up your experiences so far with this company.

Have you read the link to who calls me which is on this thread. They are calling people all times of the night which is very scary.

Please let us know how you get on with your new telephone number and hope that you get some peace from these nussaince callers.

          Wishing you a merry xmas

              Hi Bobo,

You did right, you must not give them any of your personal info - or even confirm that they are speaking to you.
