Anyone who has had issues and has been scammed by Capital Plus if you have encountered any problems, you should contact IMMEDIATELY:-
Gareth Morris In Swansea Trading Standards On 01792 635600. They want to hear from anyone who dealt with this company as if they get enough complaints action will be taken against the individuals.

Their authorisation was cancelled July 09 with the MOJ.

Hi again Tuttsi,

I'm not referring to the above mentioned company you mention as I don't know what sort of 'set up' they are?- but out of interest - what powers and what 'action' exactly can Trading Standards take?

Due to my own issue with another claim management company, I have found it very confusing to determine who has the pwers to do what exactly? ie) MOJ / Trading Standards

For Tools, Mark J Bateman - Authorisation Cancelled – 17th September 2009 Jaz was posting about her encounters with the above Claims Management Company on another thread where I sugest that she took her case to trading standards and all I did was give her a link here to show her that the Trading Standards were taking an interest in another CMC.
