  • Apparently reclaiming PPI takes 2 minutes

    received by email

If you've ever had Credit Card or Store Card penalty charges then you're entitled to claim these back.

It only takes two minutes and you could be one of our satisfied customers who have received £100's or even £1000's in payments.

To start your claim follow this link, or call the ConsumerNet team and we'll take care of the rest.

ahem cough, shall i time them?

      From their site:

      Typical Example:
      Charges Total:£600.00ConsumerNet Fee:£260.50Interest Claim:£432.00VAT:£39.08Statement Fee:£10.00Total Claim:£1,042.00REFUND TO YOU:£742.42

So you put up £10 for your DSAR and they charge you £2.85 at the end of the claim in fees and VAT on the tenner you posted!!.

Shouldn't that read "even if you win you lose"?

The charges coming in to the banking industry every day will more than pay the banks total legal bill for the whole test case so why wouldn’t the Banks want to "ensure Justice at the highest level"
