Hello, I’m really look for help and advice I suffer with mental health difficulties and can’t bring myself to call these people because of the huge anxiety they’ve just caused me. I sent paper work back to ‘your money claim’ after seeing an advertisement on Facebook and thinking they could help me with money front ppi Because my landlords were selling our home and I didn’t have money to move and I have a 1 year old. I sent them my banks details and my name and address and that was it, but I then ended up homeless and out of that address, still homeless now. Completely forgot about this company and PPI obviously as me and my son had no home. I’ve put my old sim in my phone to find texts from them saying they’re taking me to court with a CCJ because I didn’t sent the papers with my permission for them to speak to my bank and they deem this as breach of contract. But I didn’t receive any of this because I have no home? I don’t know what to do I’ve not received a penny from these people and I don’t have a penny to my name :’( please someone help me :’(

Personally I would just ignore them and concentrate on yourself and your son, but I understand the stress the threats are causing and that having a CCJ against you might hinder you getting back on your feet so we should write and explain your situation. Probably also ask them for copies of all your data they hold in case they do try to take it forward.
Have you got an address you can receive mail at?
How long ago did you sign up with them ? The letters of authority are normally required 6 monthly. Not many PPI claims would take 6 months now. Are you certain that you did actually have PPI on the accounts?
How many claims did you instruct them on and how much are they 'charging' you for 'breach of contract'?
For reference : These seem to be the clauses of their terms they are relying on.
