Harringtons Advisory have finally had their authorisation cancelled.

It was originally cancelled in February but they appealed it pending a trubunal hearing in December (allowing them to continue being authorised) but obviously threw in the towel (on the steps of the court by the sounds of it).
However it doesn't look like the news has reached their website yet http://www.harringtonsadvisory.co.uk/

Appeal withdrawn
On 22 December 2017, the First-Tier Tribunal (General Regulatory Chamber) consented to the application made by Harringtons Advisory Ltd to withdraw its appeal against the Regulator’s decision. The cancellation of its authorisation is now in effect.
