  • Bank refuses court and mediation

I have had a yearlong battle with Nat West Credit cards. It finally reached the stage where I took court action. On the 13- Aug-2013 they were served and had 14 days to reply. They sought to defend this and had it extended to 28 days. They never replied even then. We both filled out questioners and we both ticked the mediation box. They probably thought I would have ticked the court box. They clearly do not want to mediate and are not responding to the mediation service with a fixed date. I am now informed that I have to fix a future week. This could go on till Christmas or New Year. This can’t be right. I have also uncovered fraudulent documents which I can prove in court. There are letters and phone calls that could not have been made. I have them on the ropes and they know it. Can I force there hand?
I heard on this website that letters informing of charges are automatically generated and they do not have copies of these letters. If that is the case, I received a credit card statement with £12 for going over my limit when I was nowhere near my limit. Computer error!

Roll with it for the time being. In the meantime, don't let on that you can prove that some of their evidence won't stand up.

In what way are the documents you refer to fraudulent?
Life is a journey on which we all travel, sometimes together, but never alone.
