  • Going against Lloyds TSB

    Hi All,

I'm new to this site but have heard quite a bit about it.

I'm looking for guidance, inspiration and loads of support.

I have just paid £75 (even though I explained I was on benefits and told them at the time. I now have to go through the hassle of applying for a refund) to the court to have my case against Lloyds TSB stayed and they have given me until the 9th April (ironically my birthday) to submit my case. I'm not sure where to start on the new terms, so any help will be much appreciated.

Bank Charge Claims in Courts System - next steps - Legal Beagles Consumer Forum is the forum you want.

the stickys in here and nelliewops and megansdens thread will be a good starting place. also have a read of thincats thread in the fos complaints bit.

We need to see your original particulars of claim, the defence/application to stay/amend POC's.

And bit about you and any specific unfairness issues you can think of throughout your banking history with lloyds.

Will do all we can to help
